It's just a matter of time before this kind of defence makes it to the Supreme Court. Some judges will see this as "international law" and a pedophile will walk.
Apparently so, as long as it was a one time occurence. Pedophillia requires multiple instances under Dutch law. Maybe I should go there and see how many red cards I can collect for saying it.
