About 800 gay-rights advocates marched at the Focus on the Family campus Sunday to show their contempt for James Dobson's views on homosexuality.
The Rev. Mel White, who heads the interfaith movement Soulforce, called the gathering an intervention for Dobson and his organization. The group's members asked to meet with Dobson today.
"James Dobson was a wonderful family counselor," White told a crowd. "Now he is a danger to himself and the nation. ... We love him anyway."

The homosexual community would be better served by avoiding confrontations with church leaders. The churches are certainly entitled to express their religious beliefs, which usually include calling homosexuality a sin.

"we will not tolerate intolerance"
LOL. Whats worse is that these people equate a moral objection to sodomy with racism.

"James Dobson was a wonderful family counselor," White told a crowd. "Now he is a danger to himself and the nation. No, Mr. White, you have it upside down and backwards: YOU are a danger to yourself by engaging in behavior that can result in such diseases as hepatitis and the ever popular AIDS and having the audacity to call yourself a Christian. YOU are a danger to this nation by trying to destroy America's soul and set it up as another Sodom and Gomorrah for yourself and your disgusting kind.
Will you please just shut the hell up and go away??

Right! I still insist on having a nation in which I don't need fear that my children will be approached by sodomites (homosexuals) either in the streets or from the school lecterns. It is impossible that homosexuals to not want to be invasive into every area where children are instructed on family and morality. Sodomites have a mission to recruit our children into the homosexual/lesbian lifestyle. It is foolish and dangerous to ignore this and pretend that it isn't so.

Why is a May 2 news article being posted over three weeks later? And why next to the Denver Post (where you click to access the original article) is the date "May 25" there? That is supposed to be the publishing date!

Sodomites have a mission to recruit our children into the homosexual/lesbian lifestyle. It is foolish and dangerous to ignore this and pretend that it isn't so. But as we both know, it most certainly is so. And anyone who will tell you different is either ignorant or a liar.

This story is a couple weeks old.
Dobson and his organization spend less than 1% of their time and resources on this issue. Considering that the Buggery Brigade claims to be 10% of the population, probably Dobson should stop being so reticent and step it up quite a bit.

A dozen protesters from Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kan., showed up to condemn both the rally participants and Focus on the Family, which that church feels is too tolerant of gays. It's interesting to note that there was no recorded reaction by Rev. Mel & co. to the presence of the Phelps gang. Let's see them do a picket at Westboro.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.
Catching up on some articles - mean old Dr. Dobson, cruel bigot that he is.
How many people have been helped by Dobson's books or advice? Hmmm? And how many lives have been cut short by rabid "gay" activists? Hmmm?
Let me know if you want on/off this pinglist.
