I swear to God my nice light-blonde hair looks like that in photographs. But if you pull out a hair you will see it is exactly the same color at the roots as on most of the hair (very pale on the ends that have had more sun exposure). I don't know why it photographs like that, but it's plenty annoying. Seeing pictures of me, people do tend to think I'm a bleached blonde who forgot to touch up my roots for a month or so!
I used to be blond. Then when it got brownish, I colored it blond and I had darkish roots, but that only indicated that I needed to get another color job. After a while, I just let it go grey and it doesn't look so bad. Mxxx
