Not at all. He crashed and totaled out two during his training, (if not for his Daddy admiral he would have been washed out) He screwed up with his plane on the deck of an aircraft carrier, (this resulted in deaths and mucho damage to the carrier) then he got shot down in the fourth one. Makes four American planes by my math.

When did you finish your Carrier Quals?
How many successful traps on that postage stamp of an airfield in an F-4 Phantom have you made in the open sea?
