Foaming at the mouth haters of Christianity would rather be governed by a "libertarian" coalition of drug dealers, pimps, and abortionists than us kooky "Jebus" worshippers.
That's really what it comes down to. Christianity is a faith grounded in moral absolutes. Some folks will never be able to accept that.
