This particularly ludicrous. You think the attacks from the Schindlers could be warded off for free or that years and years of costs of TS's medical care didn't cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. What is this fortune MS is supposed to obtain? Did he discover Ponce de Leon's hidden treasure?

The 'years and years' you whine about are a small fraction of the 51 years of remaining life expectancy that Michael and his witnesses said under oath that she would live. He also swore under oath to take good care of her for those 51 years.

Michael and the caregivers and the Schindlers were all in agreement back then that she was somewhat responsive and better than PVS, just like the firefighter Donald Herbert.

Financial experts say there was enough in her trust fund to pay for her care with just interest/appreciation from the fund, without touching the principal. Her money was invested in three fortune 500 stocks that tripled in value in the 1990's.

Feeding tubes were invented before our founding fathers made the comments you so disdain about our God given right to life. I expect they knew a little more about what it means to be a Christian than you do. It's not about being afraid of dying when our time comes. It's not about thwarting God's plan. It's about knowing the difference between right and wrong, and choosing good over evil.

After all this time, it still amazes me that anyone would need to be told the following. Even more amazing is that you probably won't believe it. But here goes... There is no God given right to murder inconvenient people. One more time. There is no God given right to murder inconvenient people. Really.

That judgment IMO was obtained through fraudulent testimony before a jury swayed by sentimentality to ignore reason. Anyone who believed that she could be expected to have a normal life expectancy would believe just about anything.

I don't know where you get your information about the trust fund from but it sounds extremely doubtful that it is true.

What history books do you obtain that gem from? Feeding tubes are a very recent phenomenon.

God's will was thwarted by the refusal of the Schindlers to allow it to be carried out. TS would have been dead a decade or more before without their intervention. But they kept her in a living hell for all those years.

There was no "murder" except in the warped minds of those who fear death. The only blame here is on one who starved herself into a physical collapse. But that is sooo inconvenient to the Martyr seekers.

Presumably in your mind the physician who works to save those with a chance to live rather than waste his time on those without a chance is a "murderer" too.

Is your claim that TS did not weigh over 200 lbs in high school? Or that most of those around a bulemic are aware of the problem? It is my understanding that this is a carefully guarded secret by those with the problem and even those closest to them are not aware of what is occurring.

But at any rate, given that most of the MS haters don't believe a thing he says, using his words to argue with me is a bit ironic isn't it?

Post documentation, from a doctor, that diagnosed Terri was bulemic.

Another pile of controversy upon piles of controversy in this case.

It all smells and the stench is lingering.

Very sad.
