At some point in the future, the Democrats will again control the Senate and the presidency.

Should the GOP senators filibuster a judicial nominee, the Democrats will, without the slightest hesitation, use the "nuclear" option.

Actually they already control the Senate. However, it the weak kneed, spineless Rebublicrats want to get anything done, the next two or three weeks might be a good time to do it. I would suspect that the Senate Democratic leadership will be over in Pelosies and Sreny Hoyer's offices showing them how to take over the House the way the Sheets, Kennedy and Dingy Harry have the Senate. What they have done is a case study in how to control the body even though they are in the minority.However it might be a little harder in the House with Hastert and DeLay.
