If you ever reformat the hard drive and start over again, you might consider doing what I do: buy a new hard drive and install on that, keeping the old one around to transfer the stuff from. I used to invariably forget something (like fonts) when I did it using the backup/restore method. Drives are pretty cheap these days, so it isn't too expensive.

External hard drives are very good for that too John. I have three computers going & have two externals that I transfer back & forth.. all except for one computer which simply will NOT interface with it. All are XP & have adequate memory etc..just one of the GRRRR moments with computers
