It's like the democrats, "we only count the votes we want." Or do they believe that they know better than all the Senators. These traitors can NOT be tolerated!!!!
Thomas Sowell just had an excellent article on this topic. He points out that all this rhetoric about how good the Judges are, whether they are extremist, etc., is irrelevant. If those facts are true, they should be debated and discussed by the whole Senate in the confirmation process. He notes that the only issue here is whether the Senate, as a whole, gets to vote. It's a really good article. I am sure it is posted here somewhere, though I read it at townhall.com.
