Make no mistake people, conservatives are being kept out of the judiciary in the
same exact manner as were the black children kept from Southern schools in the Jim Crow era.
By some of the same people, too.

conservatives are being kept out of the judiciary Brown, Owens, and Pryor are apparently headed to the bench, so that conservatives are being kept out isn't entirely true. The way I view this is that it's a tactical retreat by the Dems, who will regroup and fight again another day. The question will then be, what will the Quislings in the GOP do? I hope they will feel the sharp pain of the knife in their collective back.

The ignorance of your comment would be hilarious, were it not so grossly offensive. Are conservative judges being beaten beyond recognition? Are their houses and churches being bombed? Are they being lynched? Which governor is standing on the steps of the capital not allowing the conservative judges to pass through, necessitating action by the national guard? Are cities rioting? Are they're spokespeople being assassinated? All these tactics were used by the right wing in attempts to impede desegregation.
What was it that Nixon called 'The Southern Strategy'? What party did he belong to? Why was it that after signing the Civil Rights Act, Johnson lamented "I'm afraid we just lost the south for a generation"? What party did he belong to? What historical evidence could you possibly site to justify your laughable whining?
