Thanks for that information. If Meyer gets an up or down vote too, the deal looks that much better to me.
As I understand it the Dems on the compromise pledged not to vote for a filibuster on him but are not obligated to vote on cloture for him. I think that means he will go thru becasue the Reps will have enough votes.
