I addressed this on another thread. They aren't "in like Flynn" since they are not addressed in the agreement. Therefore, if Frist were serious about up and down votes, he should do the following. Have the vote on Priscilla Owens to trigger the compromise agreement first. But then, instead of bringing up Janice Rogers Brown, he should schedule debate on one of the judges NOT guaranteed an up or down vote in the compromise. The RINOs think they have won because they can still campaign as not having voted against the Constitutional option. Frist needs to force them to go on record as supporting the filibuster. Instead, they are just assuming he will go along with their little deal to which he wasn't a signatory. He needs to demonstrate to them the same level of loyalty that they demonstrated to him. He also needs to have a nice talk with the head of the Appropriations committee....it should be standard practice that all pork provisions placed into bills by these traitors will not be included in any bill until they vote with their caucus to eliminate judicial filibusters.
