If the 7 Dems who agreed to this memo agree to the filibuster, then they've broken the agreement and all bets are off, and the constitutional option is back on the table!!!!!!!!!!!

Read this section of the agreement carefully... there's lots of wiggle room for the Dems:

A. Future Nominations. Signatories will exercise their responsibilities under the Advice and Consent Clause of the United States Constitution in good faith. Nominees should only be filibustered under extraordinary circumstances, and each signatory must use his or her own discretion and judgment in determining whether such circumstances exist.

Hey! Might it be possible that the RINOs on that surrender panel agreed, under the table, to vote against these three. Do not put anything past these morons.

I agree. The Dems will lose their liberal base and will become a party no more. And a bonus of conservatives remembering all of the Rinos when they come up for re-election and defeated by true Republican challengers.
