There are no "extraordinary circumstances" that would justfy a filibuster of Saad or Myers.
So we'll find out tomorrow what this agreement amounts to.
That is what I think as well. We don't know what this means—so far this is just a bunch of blather—until it is put into action.
Could it have just put off the debate/fight/rules change for later?
