The Republicans need to now vote against Cloture tomorrow so that a ruling can still be asked for from the chair...this will sink Mcpain and his precious compromise...
I say F'em all if they can't or won't go through with it.

Interesting tactic, but easily countered by everyone else reversing their position, with the dirty 14 and the rest of the Dims voting for cloture.
