After reading the doom & gloom posts, I went & checked the link on Drudge.

This is Under the terms, Democrats would agree to oppose any attempt to filibuster - and thus block final votes - on the confirmation of Priscilla Owen, Janice Rogers Brown and William Pryor. There is "no commitment to vote for or against" the filibuster against two other conservative nominees, Henry Saad and William Myers.

This looks like an incremental win for us & the fight continues.

No.

How about the fact that the democrats and RINOs will filibuster those who hold extreme views? Hmmmm..... That means "pro-lifers" and "traditional marriage".

There is nothing incremental about this.

The only ones who won were the democrats, because those judges would have made it with the rule change.

The GOP just stabbed the Christians who elected them in the back. I am one of them.
