The democrats are "allowing" the minority, women judges they didn't dare stop. And they are retaining the right to filibuster others, including to the Supreme Court. OY. And unless I'm wrong, the republicans are agreeing not to change the rules at that time. They are total idiots.
My understanding is they retain the right to change the rules.
The judges who didn't make it were to the 6 and 9 districts. The DemonRats want to continue their control of those courts so they can continue to stop any laws they do not like.
