My understanding of this compromise is that it included vows by the RINO members of this committee to never support stripping away the minority right to philibuster. If these 7 RINOs agreed to that, we don't have the votes to pull out the nuclear option and we likely will never have it again.
All we can do now is watch.

Right, but the 48 GOPers who still believe in acting as a majority should at least bring up the judges anyway. Then if the Demos and the RINOs want to filibuster, Frist should just say, "Fine. Start talking."
The GOP leaders should force them into a real around-the-clock filibuster, 24/7, which ends any time the Demos/RINOs can no longer keep talking. Wnen they stop talking, then there's a vote. If the judges get voted down, at least people are on the record for voting yes or no.

Watch. Remember. And vote.
And those of us who cannot vote in one of those states (which would be most of us, by definition) we should all make certain to donate to any GOP primary opponents of the Gang of Seven RINOs.
