I was flicking channels and ended up on Olbermann. The DUmmies heads are going to explode. He and his guest just said the Dems blinked. That what really happened is the Dems blinked, it's going to look like the Repubs did but in reality it was really the Dems and Olbermann agreed.
the Dems definitely blinked. Owen and Brown are potential SC nominees, which is what this is all about. The Dems just agreed they need a vote. They will likely get a comfortable confirmation win, making it MUCH harder for the Dems to stop them for the SC. Nuclear option would have been more fun, but at least the Dem base is demoralized that they approved these nominees rather than ticked off at us.
In the meantime, we still need to keep the pressure on this "gang of 7" and work for their defeat, especially Dewine and Graham.
