It is impossible to argue with you. You think Democrats are the source of all bad ideas and Bush is a victim. I don't believe in such conspiracy theories. Bush has had plenty of bad ideas himself, including NCLB, Sarbanes-Oaxley, prescription drugs, support of affirmative action, etc. But, then again according to you Bush is a victim and they are all being implemented because of Democratic conspiracies.
