I have disagreed with Thomas twice and Scalia once so it doesn't surprise me that I would disagree with Judge Bork on occasion.

I will freely admit that I've disagreed with all the 9 judges at least once. I've come to the conclusion Gonzalez is highly qualified. I have yet to see one good reason given that he should not be nominated to the USSC bench.

He supported affirmative action policy of U of M and he thinks abortion by a teenager do not need parental consent. Is your head that far up your anus that you think he is a conservative?

I can think of several but it's late.

Indeed, he would be better than Kennedy or O'Conner but he is no Scalia in my opinion.

I want more Scalias and Thomases....or Rhenquist at a minimum.

we'll see...maybe.
