Except he won't want to make the loyal Republicans pay, but I do think he should recess the appointments the other would deny. I do think in every way imaginable he should make these seven feel Hell on earth.
Recess appointments for Federal Judges are worthless. Any appointments made now expire in 2007. Also, the Senate isn't even in recess at the moment.
