Let's be fair here: in "doing nothing," as you say, the Republicans get their three most conservative judicial nominations approved.

We don't even know that for sure. The best thing we can hope for is for the Democrats to not hold up their end of the bargain. I am counting on this happening. You cannot trust RINO's or Democrats to do the right thing, this was exemplified today.

I agree. We should take a pool on how soon the Dems violate their "word." McCain and Company will, of course, honor their's....but they place their honor upon dishonorable ends.
