that is not true. Dewine and graham say that if the dems filibuster future nominations, they will walk away from their pledge to not go nuclear. which means we will have the 51 votes, one more than we need.
If your understanding is correct thenthere is no problem ...All they did is rubberstamp what could easily have happened anyway which is to delay the fight.
I'm not putting my faith in Dewine or Lindsay Graham any more than I believe anything the Democrats tell me. I long ago passed that point. If we had 85 Republicans, there would not be 51 votes for the "nuclear" option, but there aren't even going to be 55 Republicans after '06 and you can blame Dewine, Graham and co. for that, not the Democrats.
