I think it will have the opposite effect. They will stay home. This Congress has not lived up to the hype. WH, House and Senate and we still cannot get simple things done. The Dems have made fools of us.

So the dems made "fools of us" in your words. No reason for us to make fools of us by sitting out another election in a tantrum because we didn't get it all.
Time will tell.
