The only sensible thing to do is deny them all government assistance. NOT A DAMN DIME. They either raise the children by themselves with their parents assistance or give the kids up for adoption or an orphanage. If we continue to assist these horrid little monsters in spawning the future criminals of the world, there will be no end to it. Stop rewarding the behavior and the behavior will stop. Sorry, but teens will continue to have sex, regardless of how many incentives you give them to not do so. I am in agreement that we shouldn't subsidize it, but nothing will stop kids from having sex.
