The Demicans make the threat of a filibuster and the Republicrats don't have the testes to force them to do some real honest-to-God read-the-phonebook speachifying. So for the last couple of weeks Politicians (D) said "I'll do it" and Politicians (R) said "No you won't".

So now we got politicians (D) said "I'll do it in exceptional circumstances" and politicians (R) say "OK.". Did I miss anything?
