"How does reading the Bible falsify the theory of evolution?"

It's not the ACT of reading, if that's what you're getting at, it is that the Bible directly contradicts evolution. It says that living things brought forth "after their own kind."

Like I said in my post, it also has a little passage that describes a creation, including man, that predated Adam. They were wiped out and left no progeny.

No multi-million year continum to fuel the process of evolution.
