Jeb/Condi or Rudy/Condi would probably be the strongest tickets for 08, but it looks like Jeb doesn't want to do it.
Rudy has as much of a chance of being serriously considered as John McCain. Rudy was great for NYC and NY- but the Republican president can't be a moderate.
that and I dont think Rudy would be able to carry the top of a ticket either as it stands right now...
Allen/Rice would be interesting....
