No.  Not unless you're on probation for some crime or otherwise restricted by law.

But, nobody is saying this guy cannot travel or does not have a right to travel.  He is being told he cannot use certain modes of travel unless he conforms and submits to certain reasonable screening requirements.  He's an idiot.

Please cite the Congressional declaration of war?

The border with Mexico is wide open, but American citizens need ID to travel. Something is terribly wrong with that picture.

And guess what? Big Government control-freak, empire-building, money-squandering politicians will ensure we're perpetually "at war". With Oceania. Or Eastasia. Or whatever.

He doesn't need permission to travel, he needs permission and ID to board publicly regulated privately owned transportation. Using his logic, he has the right to walk into your business or home and use whatever facilities he wants because it is "a free country" and you would be restricting his freedom of movement and travel if you stopped him.
