Personally, I've never heard of this tactic used by any death-row inmate. It's a sad situation. Yet I think there's a solution; they can harvest his liver just prior to being wheeled into death chamber. He's already made his wish to donate publicly. I'd like to see something good come out of this.

I guess the logic is that there is no law allowing this, but of course, the legislature could pass one.
I have no problem with it, provided that it does not drag on too long.

I was just on another thread about life in prison without parole. I was thinking that was fine. Then I read about this jerk. Stomped an elderly lady to death...
He deserves no reprieve...
But his sister does deserve the liver.
