It's hard for me to tell if you're statement was tongue in cheek or not, because the argument is a good one, yet we re talking about the ACLU here...
You make a good point though, we should be able to attack a political entity on legal grounds.
If I had the means, I would put something like this in motion immediately. Does anyone here have legal/political connections he or she can use to this end?
