I thought the trial had nothing to do with Hill?
Apparently, the prosecutor is focusing on Hillary. Wait for the civil trial.
I can understand the Clinton-appointed judge not wanting her name mentioned. But if the prosecutor was really doing his job, he would be calling producer Gary Smith. Rosen was at the Le Dome lunch in which Smith announced that his fee was 850K. Hillary called Smith that night to ask him to lower it by 50K. Smith should be an interesting witness in the civil trial. Let's hope he is in good health and doesn't have one of those accidents.
