My wife and I were in the Netherlands about 10 years ago. I have to say (and my wife--who is originally from Europe--agrees) that it is probably the only country on the continent we could live in. Or so it seemed then.
The Dutch were the only people we met in Europe who visibly brightened when they learned we were Americans, even in small neighborhood bars where they had to struggle with English to talk to us. Maybe they were just glad we weren't Germans:-).
I'm very sorry to see what's happening now in the Netherlands.
My advice: you must show no tolerance for those who promote violence or who engage in criminality. They must be jailed and then deported, especially the imams.
You need to remind the Muslim population that they are both free to worship as they please but also free to leave if they don't wish to assimilate.
Recently I read "The Sword of the Prophet" it was an excellent book and recommend it highly,. I learned a lot about the history of Islam and how they operate. One of the recommendations that the author made about how to deal with these Muslims is that we all need to make them accountable for the evil that they commit. The example that the author provided was the Arab Street and 9/11. If you were to take a survey as to exactly who was responsible the absolute last answer they would provide is Arab Muslims. They simply do not believe that. With all of our political correctness we let them get away with it. Plain and simple this needs to stop.
