I gave you sterling examples of where that has worked, which is what you are EXACTLY advocating. And even with that, you are extremely worried about the government TAKING land. Where in the Constitution does it give the Governor the right to defy any law? You cannot use the Constitution when it serves you and ignore it when it doesn't. Bush swore to uphold the entire law not those that please him. If the courts decide a law is within the Constitution, a Govenor (or President) cannot simply decide otherwise. Sorry but nothing either did makes them socialistic.
