Although this doesn't tell specifics of this guy's imprisonable offense, you can take a look at his Offender Profile. Look at the parole/probation supervision conditions... stay away from children, no romantic contact with women w/children...

No, it doesn't. But it does say, "CSC - Assault With Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration." which tells me he wasn't just an 18 year old having sex with his 16 year old girlfriend. I might have a tiny bit of sympathy had that been his only crime. There's a difference between that and being a true predator/rapist/pedophile... which is what this guy appears to be.

1.9 - Not possess/use photo equipment/photo development equip
1.11 - Sex Offender registration, provide address data & ID
1.12 - Not own computer or device capable of connecting to Internet
1.13 - Must not use sex phones numbers or services
1.14 - Must stay away from sex entertainment bars and clubs
02 - Must not change residence
2.0 - Not use/possess alcohol/intoxicants or in place served
2.1 - Complete Sub Abuse Treatment Program as referred by agent
03 - Must not leave state
3.5 - Treatment disclosure to parole agent
04 - Not engage in any behavior that constitutes a violation

4.15 - Not hitchhike, or pick up hitchhikers

10 - Must comply w/special conditions, written and verbal orders

How utterly ironic this woman wants to use the word "fair" - is it fair her son wants to permanently steal the innocence from children and inflict serious mental (and maybe physical) harm on them? She and her "victimized" family can take a long walk on a short pier. Kudos to the person who put up the fliers.
