Awww, boo-hoo-hoooo. Little Linda is upset that most people don't care about "journalists" dying in a war zone.

Well, MIZZ Foley, you don't think it has anything to do with the fact that most journalists are enemy sympathizers and traitors, are trained and indoctrinated to hate their native country by Marxist professors, and have been doing their utmost to undermine the war effort with their lies and innuendo, do you?

If it's true.. well, let's look at the bloody history of what the American press hath wrought.

The post-war Communist enemy praised the American press for their help during the Viet Nam war. Without the American press the Communists could not have lost all the battles in Viet Nam and won the war here in the U.S.

To this day some "journalists" still brag about ending America's "unjust, illegal" war.

Because the American press encouraged the enemy when they were about to talk serious peace (post-Tet 1968) the war continued and thousands of U.S. and allied forces were killed and wounded -- thousands of civilians were killed or wounded. Perhaps millions were killed or wounded because the war ended as it did.

What do these "journalist" clowns want? "Fool me once shame on you. . . ."

Think we could get Walter Cronkite to do a report from Iraq?

When asked if she believed U.S. troops had targeted journalists in Iraq, she said, "I was careful of not saying troops, I said U.S. military.

Indeed, a distinction without a difference.

As for bombing Al Jazeera, I don't mean to sound like an armchair general, but it seems like a legitimate target to me. They're a propaganda wing of the Islamic jihad pretending to be an objective journalistic enterprise.

Under the accepted rules of war, an enemy's propaganda outlet constitutes a legitimate target.

Of course, this definition would also fit the New York Times...

If noisy commies were being targeted this ol'gal would have been first off the block.

Since she's still around, it's proof positive that no one is targeting anyone.

In that attack, two journalists -- one form Spain and the other from Ukraine -- were killed. She also noted the bombing of the Al Jazeera office the same day, in which a reporter died. "Neither of these attacks has been independently investigated nor have the deaths been properly explained to the satisfaction of the victims' families, their friends and their colleagues," the letter said, in part.

This attack was dealt with extensively in the book Thunder Run: The Armored Strike to Capture Baghdad. If Ms. Foley chooses to remain ignorant of the facts, that's her business.
