Communism is not a nation or a person, it is an idea.
Nazism was a German idea for Germans.
Communism was a German idea for everyone which the Russians happened to apply, but ended up with a brutal replacement tzar named Stalin.
The Chinese are one party nationalists and are more like Nazis than Communists. The rest are essentially an historical footnote.
And anyway, there is plenty of outrage about communism - haven't you been reading the news?
