The bad guys get a copy of the pic and email it around or put it on websites some of our people may die. What's the difference between this and all the "Nuke Mecca" jpegs people are continuously posting all over the Internet?

Have not seen those pics, but my guess is they are not on the front of a paper associated to with the US.
Individuals have the right to say what they want, although some of what is being said is close to yelling fire in a theater. But people who publish for profit like NewsWeak have to be held to a higher standard.
By cloning a Newsweek front page, which is recognized around the world as American, the poster has not helped us. I agree in the ideal world we should be able to print what we want, when we want, but some things need to be handled carefully. Would we find it as funny if they were burning a cross on a front lawn?
