I believe judy Nathan is also previously divorced without benefit of annulment. Hence, the path through the thicket of Rudy's marital and/or extracurricular misbehavior lies through getting all of his "marriages" dissolved by Church annulment and avoiding the near occasion of sin by marrying an eligible woman of character and resuming having character in marital matters himself. In these situations where colleges have come under the sinister control of wacko liberal anti-Catholic faculties (via the Land O'Lakes silliness), the students and their families are essentially hostages held by giddy, deranged cabals of nutty professors and administrators. Since many of these are scarcely "Catholic" at all, their knowledge of the Catholic faith and Catholic culture is so absurdly minimal and illiterate that they are really not in an adequate cognitive state to deliberate on such issues as the "Catholic identity" of the college or university.

It's a truly bizarre and monstrously absurd Frankenstein situation created by the nutty liberal "Spirit of Vatican II." You simply CANNOT have people who are NOT Catholic running a Catholic college. They have NO RIGHT to the property or the students. Or to the "Catholic" name of the institution, in this case that of a Catholic saint. It's just ridiculous and absurd that this was allowed to happen.

If Keeler wants to get really bold he should threaten to shut down ALL of the chapels on campus and strip the Jesuit priests of their faculties in the diocese. NO MORE alumni weddings in the chapel. That WOULD BE interesting to see.
