going to the DMV these days is like going to the UN.
half of the employees don't speak English and the other half don't know what they're doing...kind of like the banks, post offices, gas stations and grocery stores. LOL

Same thing at the County Recorder's office in Norwalk. I was there yesterday to record a deed. Been there lately? The entire joint is being run by bald-headed tattooed gangstas. I'm not kidding either.

It was like being in a foreign country.
