I can send mail fromTB but not recieve it.

Beyond comparing the settings between OE and Thunderbird, and following the advice in posts # 14, 15, & 16, I don't know what else to suggest. Sorry.

I use Thunderbird.

For Incoming Mail, Go to: Tools. Click on it, go down to Account Settings. Click on it

Then under your email address, you will find: Server Settings. Click on it:

Then set your, Server Name: mail.ISP.xxx or: pop.ISP.xxx

Then set your, User Name: whatever it is

Review the other settings on that dialog. Click OK
