One who is trying to perpetuate a scam. She had to say it was used. If she bought it new, she would have to blame the publisher and/or name said publisher in any future lawsuit. And who would the publisher be? Very likely another Muslim. No. It had to be a used book. For there is no other way to pin this on an eeeevil American-Muslim-hater.
