I totally, completely blame Jimmy Carter for the state of our relations with Arab/Muslims.
Perhaps so, but we have had four presidents since Carter and nothing has been done to change the situation.
Carter may have been a incompetent president but there was plenty of time since then to correct our policies with respect to Islam.
