To think innocent americans should not feel ANY normal curiousity about who OBL is, where he came from, why he does the things he does, etc., is orwellian. He carries out horrid attacks, our government talks about him for years afterwards and searches for him, and people who have enough curiousity to want to know more get on a federal list????

If they want the evidence they need to go through the correct legel channels. The idea of "secret courts" in America should start ringing a few bells for those who love this country. I'm all for either deporting of jailing terrorists but let's not sink to the level of some third world dictatorship to do it.

I don't care what side of the aisle this lady votes on. It's just a good thing to see we still have a few patriots left in this nation of states, than a bunch of blind leading the blind, willing to take the government's word on everything

It was a quote from 1998 according to the article. I don't know about you, but I've put notes in the margin on books before. Most everyone has. This situation is a very good argument for returning to private libraries
