Amazing how there are two different tones on two different threads on the same event. We really don't know anything other than a sound bite or two. I can come up with so many scenarios from fantastic to oh my god we've been had. To just jump to the negative version is symptomatic of what Rush is always talking about...we're conditioned to assume we're being had. This could so easily be a great development....or not. One bad scenario is what if the Judge was going to either throw out or disparage the tape and limit it's credibility for future use and the prosecutor wanted to prevent that. More likely is they simply don't need the tape to convict (hopeful scenario).
