My sentiments exactly. Somebody got to this guy; he is compromised. Either that, or he knows that MSM condemnation awaits all who attempt to bring the Clintoonistas to justice.

The late RLK had this pegged eight years ago.

Pathetic.
Just nitpicking, but Newsmax needs to edit its re-written stories.
the Bush Justice Department has decided to deep-six it's best evidence against Rosen
A good rule of thumb: Never use apostrophes if you don't know the simple rules governing their usage.

I am not surprised by this at all. The Clintons have always gotten away with everything why should it be different now?

This smells very funny. The "Bush prosecutor"? Could this be another attempt by the Bush camp to prop up the Clintons for some unnkown reason?
The "Illuminati are in control of both the Clintons and the Bushes" conspiracy freeks should be working overtime on this one.

This is NewsMax. I have been suckered before by believing their articles. I want to see this from another source, preferably more than one.
John, I have pinged you to this thread to ask if the prosecutor has committed some act that would make this a mistrial or if he can somehow be sanctioned for this egregious refusal to present clear evidence, IF this article is accurate.
I will be away from the computer most of the day and will check back this evening.

Hillary has been ordained as next Prez. Witness the cozy relationship with GW and Laura. Even the slightly blue comedy act from Laura was a way to make Hitlery more palatable to red staters by lowering the standards just a little. Then we hear little rumors that the first lady may be a
gasp cigarette smoker.
We as a nation of free citizens are so screwed. The fix is in, and the puppeteers are not even trying to hide the strings any longer. GHB puts the lie to the election of '92 with his public love fest with the most corrupt President we have ever had. GWB puts his stamp of approval on his successor with the trip to the Popes funeral, his warm words at the Clinton library and many other warm and fuzzy events.

The Prosecutor is the one that pushes the case, he is the one that is bought and paid for by the PTB. The Powers That Be include the Bushes and the Clintons.

This is stunning. Why would a prosecutor not introduce a tape that is his most compelling evidence. It is damaging as an 'admission against interest' IMHO.
The fix is in. Investigate the prosecutor.

NO NO, A thousand times NO. It is a wickedly devious tactic, designed to bring Hillary to the peak of the Democrat party, then destroy her at the optimum moment. That Bush fella is one clever guy.

Judge Matz was stunned by Zeidenberg's announcement, and hinted that the Bush prosecutor was throwing away his case. "You couldn't keep [the tape] out," an incredulous Matz protested. "I wouldn't let you keep it out."
But eventually the Clinton appointed judge relented, saying he said he would allow Zeidenberg to file a "real pithy" argument in lieu of introducing the Rosen tape.
I'm not exactly in league with the conspiracy "freaks", but you have to admit, this is a damning account if there ever was one.

Ping, counselor.
My take/questions: Putting aside the shock of the move, why? Moreso, why is a Clinton appointee judge seeming to want to get the tape in? There's a lot more here than meets the eye...
