I predict a rapid case of right flight, resulting in a housing market crash.
People are going to create a stampede getting out of LA's boundaries.
Probably true.
The San Fernando Valley has already already voted once (or twice) to cede from LA.
It's been my understanding that Valley residents pay a disproportionate amount of taxes in return for the city services they get from LA.
The next four years will be interesting to see if LA continues to fragment.
They've already been doing that for the last 10-15 years now.
We'll just hear a little more louder stampede now, stay tuned...
