Did Frist invoke the 100 hours of debate? If so, we know this will go on for days but at least we would know when the end is nigh.
National Review is saying the earliest we could expect a nuke vote is next Tue or Wed.

There is no definite time. No unanimous consent agreement covering time for debate. I agree that no serious action until Friday at the earliest, and maybe as late as a week from now, or later. "The situation is fluid."
