To: Howlin........... I know I have read "cooling saucer of the Senate" at the American Memory site at the Library of Congress but I don't remember what it was in response to. I'm almost positive that it is "out of context", i.e., simply not applicable to the present situation.

When the constitutional option is delivered, perhaps Schumer's rants on the issue, i.e. the "cooling saucer" can finally be put in the freezer.
